Dear Maharajas, Devotees and Matajis

Before all, we're so sorry to inopportune again with unsolved problems in mexican yatra, but be sure we tried to solve them before by normal ways, but unsuccessful.
Now we have two really big problems that are mixed in, they are the same troubles that we informed to all of you since 10/10/2003 as you can see at http://www.istagosthi.com/es/messages/333/235728.html but now with a new face.
First problem began due our local GBC, HH Guru Prasad Svami inanely want to maintain Rama Govinda dasa (ex-ACBSP and now PM sannyasa) AKA Parvata Maharaja to live on Guadalajara (Mexico), Temple. First as Temple president, and after our pressure HH GPS put him as a "back door autority" for the same Temple.
Second problem began due to the first one, Rama Govinda dasa (Parvata Maharaja) and Sanat Kumara dasa (one of original Temple's owners) have the plan to give Guadalajara (Mexico) Temple to Puri Maharaja.
Who is Rama Govinda dasa (Parvata Maharaja)?- Rama Govinda dasa in 80's abandoned his wife and young childs to take sannyasa from Sridhar Maharaja (SBST).
- Originally Rama Govinda dasa asked to ISKCON autority to take sannyasa, but his request was refused because at that time he has young childs and was considered he don't accomplish needed standard to be a sannyasa.
- The fact that Rama Govinda dasa took sannyassa despite ISKCON GBC refusal demostrate his lack of respect to same GBC and to Srila Prabhupada.
- The abandonation of young childs to take sannyassa is not allowed on ISKCON Law nor scriptures, only is allowed to go to sannyasa asrama when the sons become married or are self sufficient, not before.
- The fact to take sannyasa outside ISKCON placed Rama Govinda dasa in not-good standar under ISKCON Laws.
- Few years after his sannyasa Rama Govinda dasa was married again.
- This fact (his fall down) put Rama Govinda dasa (again) on probation period under ISKCON Law.
- Rama Govinda dasa has been married three times between he left sannyasa until today.
- The fact someone was married four times demostrate he has not any sense control and is proper only for most degrade non-devotee people.
- On ISKCON Law a devotee with two or more marriages can't get administrative charges on any ISKCON Temple or program.
- Till we known on his last three marriages Rama Govinda dasa has no sons, Srila Prabhupada said about this "What is the purpose to be married and not childs", we can understand that this situation is originate when the objective to be married is only sense gratification, and not the creation of a Krishna Consciousness family.
- Three-four years ago (+-2002-2003), Rama Govinda took sannyasa (again), now from himself.
- Besides these facts we want to show you this picture where we can see HH Guru Prasad Svami with his disciples and followers in his 2003 VP at Mexico City Temple, at left is Rama Govinda dasa ( Parvata Maharaja) as sannyasa at that time he had took it from himself, at that time Rama Govinda dasa lived at Mexico City Temple under HH GPS authorization. Rama Govinda dasa is the bearded one with a garland seated at left bottom of the picture.
- Two years ago (+-2004) Puri Maharaja accepted the sannyasa of Rama Govinda dasa (Parvata Maharaja).
- Since more than one year ago (+-2005) Rama Govinda dasa ( Parvata Maharaja) live on Guadalajara, Mexico, Temple under protection of local GBC, HH Guru Prasad Svami. Finally Rama Govinda dasa ( Parvata Maharaja) got "unofficial" president charge on Guadalajara Temple. At that time we asked HH Prahladananda Svami (Sannyasa Minister Chairman) about, and he answered us "I only can said he is not an ISKCON sannyasa", we made public this letter to the devotees and we thought that the situation was solved, but Rama Govinda dasa ( Parvata Maharaja) argued that HH GPS has been recognized his sannyasa and continued living at Guadalajara, Mexico, Temple without any problem, the devotees didn't tell us more about this issue because " the local GBC authorized his stay there" till the situation becomes really beyond all bearing.
- Thus few weeks ago we had noticed that Rama Govinda dasa (Parvata Maharaja) continue living at Guadalajara (Mexico) Temple, as "unofficial" Temple President under local GBC authorization, the reports also said he is "burning" ISKCON faithful devotees, because this situation was the same since one year ago, the majority of devotees living on Guadalajara Temple left, because they couldn't tolerate Rama Govinda dasa ( Parvata Maharaja) offences to Srila Prabhupada, to ISKCON Gurus, and the mistreatments to themselves. This situation caused Deity standard became in critical situation and that few remain devotees become with too much service.
- We began to orientate devotees about which steps need to follow to solve this situation, and three weeks ago local GBC accepted to go to Guadalajara (Mexico) Temple to make a meeting with devotees and solve the critical situation, he postpone the meeting and the devotees continued insisting him about. Finally three weeks ago HH Guru Prasad Svami went to Guadalajara (Mexico) Temple and had the meeting, first a private HH GPS with Sanat Kumara dasa (acbsp) and Rama Govinda dasa (Parvata Maharaja), after with the devotees.
- In that full day meeting HH Guru Prasad Svami solved to create a directive of devotees to manage Guadalajara (Mexico) Temple as follows: Yadhumani das (VBD), president and other devotees, but also HH Guru Prasad Svami keep Rama Govinda dasa ( Parvata Maharaja) "till directive become mature" in GPS words. Yadhumani dasa (now TP) is 45 y/o, is a professional (physician), he have more than 15 years as devotee and till we known he ever has been in good standard, so, when HH GPS will think that he will be mature??!!!
Who is Sanat Kumara dasa (acbsp)?
a) Sanat Kumara dasa was previous legal property owner joint with Krishna daya dasa (HDG) and ISKCON.
b) Sanat Kumara dasa all times argued he is the real property owner, he also said that "only by his mercy" he permit to the devotees to use this property as ISKCON Temple.
c) Sanat Kumara dasa has a very large history of women seduction, even he has at least two wifes at same time.
d) Sanat Kumara dasa is the owner of Temple's boutique.
e) Sanat Kumara dasa don't take interest to the devotees requests to stop these women seductions.
f) Sanat Kumara dasa said few weeks ago "I prefer to give the temple property to Puri Maharaja" when ISKCON devotees insist on him.
What really Rama Govinda dasa (Parvata Maharaja) is doing in Guadalajara (Mexico), Temple?:
a) We've noticed that Rama Govinda dasa ( Parvata Maharaja) works very close with Sanat Kumara dasa.
b) Rama Govinda dasa (Parvata Maharaja) systematically ejected almost all ISKCON faithful devotees (visitors and who lived in Temple) by abusing them.
Which is Rama Govinda dasa ( Parvata Maharaja) intention on Guadalajara (Mexico) Temple?
a) All the above can sound like a "normal crisis" but really this crisis have a "very dark background", we can conclude the Rama Govinda dasa (Parvata Maharaja) real objetive is to take full control of Guadalajara (Mexico) b) Temple, exactly in the same way Bangalore, India, was took.
c) Once they will have full control of Guadalajara (Mexico) Temple they will give it to Puri Maharaja group.
d) Rama Govinda dasa (Parvata Maharaja) have full support of Sanat Kumara dasa, and the tolerance of HH Guru Prasad Svami.
What think Guadalajara (Mexico) yatra devotees about Rama Govinda dasa ( Parvata Maharaja) presence in his Temple?
We want to reproduce few portions of a letter we received from a devotee about this issue:
quote:...the truth is that the devotees are out of control, I don't known what to think about, the GBC visit was fully useless because even with the new administration Parvata and Sanat continues without leave its positions, this makes that we are frustrate, the Maharaja [Rama Govinda dasa] didn't leave nor Sanat Kumara... ...they don't allow new administration begin to work. The truth is we are despair, our only one option is I don't go more to the temple to avoid to do offences, I will try to chant my rounds but without any politics, because we only received more of the same and we realize not any chage will be make there...
...my dear devotees as I had informed Sanat and Parvata continues in functions and the new assigned administration has been took apart, ...they scream and damage all the arrangements. They also said that due all yatra devotees didn't come to the meeting, this is not valid. So, Parvata didn't leave, here is done only his desire, also ...I don't have any dobut in near future there will not preach about Srila Prabhupada but about other gaudiyas.
Today I went to the Temple and noted even the mothers that sell burgers are gone too, all are going and leaving all services, day by day the Temple become to be without any devotee, even the discples of HH GPS has been getting out because the abuse of Parvata and Sanat.
I remember when the Hare Krishnas inspired me love, devotion and fraternity, but now all is the opposite. Why Parvata Maharaja arrived to destroy this wonderful Temple?
Please forgive me all the time that you lost in this issue.
As in 11/11/2003 HH GPS informed to all of you we (Harinama dasa and Narendra dasa) don't go to Mexico City Temple since +-8 years ago by similar troubles http://www.istagosthi.com/es/messages/333/230654.html, fortunately Krishna engaged us in internet and translation services. We strongly take these services and by Guru and Gouranga mercy we can say that we continue doing service (and every time more) and in good standard, inclusively at 8 years of absence to Mexico temples.
But what will happen with the devotees of Guadalajara (Mexico) yatra? Do you think all the congregation will be able to do the same austerity of not go to Temple more without fall in maya? Do you think all the congregation will support years and years without take classes, without Deitiy darshan, without congregational chanting, without frequent sanga? This help call is not for us (finally, now we have our own regulation), this help call is for all devotees in mexican second biggest yatra.
The other operator, Ksiti Mohan dasa (previosuly swami):
Last Mexico City Ratha-yatra (5/2006) we supresively noted Ksiti Mohan dasa (previously swami) was dressed again as sannyassa with the indulgence of our local GBC. Ksiti Mohan dasa danced all the parade with the devotees who not be aware of his real history. On this picture you can see Ksiti Mohan dasa at left of Rama Govinda dasa ( Parvata Maharaja) throughout 2006 Mexico City Ratha-yatra.
Who is Ksiti Mohan dasa (previously swami)?
a) On 80's Ksiti Mohan dasa began to give initiation without GBC authorization.
b) On 80's Ksiti Mohan dasa was convicted for women-devotees seducer and violator.
c) Now Ksiti Mohan dasa decide to dress again sannyasa clothes, does he took sannyasa from himself as Rama Govinda dasa ( Parvata Mahraja) previously did?
d) (We think is not need to say more about him).
Which risks are there if this situation continue?
The total disappearance of ISKCON presence in this yatra.
Next may be Mexico City Temple.
Is a high risk a change of line in the Temples from ISKCON to any other line, maybe we can say now is a "virtual line change" fact.
If Ksiti Mohan dasa (previously svami) finally is accepted to live in ISKCON Mexico Temples in the same way Rama Govinda dasa ( Parvata Maharaja) is, ISKCON can get an official lawsuit by support women molesters.
How these risks can be avoided?:
a) Simple, we only need to follow SP instructions...
b) ISKCON Mexico authorities and the local GBC need forbid to Ksiti Mohan dasa (previously svami) and Rama Govinda dasa ( Parvata Maharaja) to live in ISKCON Temples, and also is need forbid to both to go to ISKCON public programs.
c) To avoid any mistrust and any misunderstanding, we strongly suggest that any previous owner of Mexico City and Guadalajara (Mexico) Temples can't have directive charges on the Temples until both buildings are full registered as "federal property". This will avoid any chance of any abuse or lie from anyone.
d) To avoid any future legal claim of any type and to avoid any cheat to the innocent devotees, both buildings (Mexico City and Guadalajara) need to be properly registered into CABIN [ www.cabin.gob.mx ] as we've mentioned three years ago http://www.istagosthi.com/es/messages/333/230654.html and also three weeks ago too. This is a free process, and will give full coverage and protection to the Temple and Deities, also this will give full trust to all mexican devotees.
e) Is a real fact both buildings are "de facto" federal property as you can see in this previous post http://www.istagosthi.com/es/messages/333/254576.html
When HH BTS was co-GBC for Mexico:
a) HH Bhaktitirtha Svami was co-GBC for Mexico for only little time.
b) While HH BTS was co-GBC for Mexico we didn't have big troubles in the yatra.
c) Only when HH BTS disease growth enough to avoid him to travel and administer, Mexico yatra big troubles suddenly return.
We cannot trust on HH Guru Prasad Svami:
We have too many reasons on say the above, we will tell to all of you only a few facts:
a) On 11/12/2003 HH Guru Prasad Svami wrote to all of you "Since we registered as a religion in 1992, and since we did not declare that we had previously held religious activities in this building, we cannot nationalize." http://www.istagosthi.com/archivos/pw/Re_Mexico.eml . But the real truth is in full opossition of HH GPS said, we have two letters about: The first one is a Ciran Jiva dasa letter (at that time legal ISKCON representative for mexican government) to CABIN http://www.istagosthi.com/cgi-bin/es/show.cgi?tpc=333&post=6366#POST6366 dated Jul/30/2004, where Ciran Jiva dasa asks for the right to buy the Temple house for ISKCON. The second one is CABIN response to Ciran Jiva dasa http://www.istagosthi.com/cgi-bin/es/show.cgi?tpc=333&post=6367#POST6367 dated Aug/5/2004,saying this is not possible due they have full documentation crediting to this building as used since before 1992 by ISKCON, and told him the Temple building is "de facto" federal property.
The same situation is for Guadalajara (Mexico) Temple, we have BTG issues previous to 1992 with the present Temple address.
But by unkown causes recommended legal formalities wasn't followed till now.
We think this is not a detail, this HH GPS lie involve the right to use for ISKCON Mexico City and Guadalajara, Mexico, Temple buildings.
b) After our last help calling for Veracruz cows (11/11/2003) http://www.istagosthi.com/es/messages/333/235715.html and moving, their real situation be hidden till now by nearest HH GPS collaborators. We've tried in different times to known what was happened to them, where are now, etc. Some people told us that all of them has been moved to Queretaro City, others told us that they are in Tulancingo City, others told us that all of them died. Inclusively a italian devotee (Bhakta David, now initiated by HH GPS), told us (11/27/2004) that all the cows are in Guanajuato now in good form and without any problem.
We think if all be fine with Veracruz cows their situation and localization would be public, without different versions about.
c) HH GPS said in a letter dated 3/21/03 "...because I was authorized by the GBC to try to better vaisnava interrelations, that I may send Mexico into a tailspin, like Alanatha (Paramdvaiti Swami) in Colombia. I have no such inclination, but I do like to be respectful...."
Now HH GPS shows his preference to give full support to a three times sannyasa Rama Govinda dasa ( Parvata Maharaja) instead given support to the faithful SP devotees, nor even to his own disciples.
We can conclude that:
a) HH GPS has not enough capacity or authority to solve these situations as we shown above...
or
HH GPS don't want to solve these situations and want to hide this situations to all of you and to mexican yatra.
also
b) Is urgently the need to get (at least) one co-GBC for Mexico, one in very good standard and with enough energy who can stop all the contamination and invasions they are planning.
Questions to HH Guru Prasad Svami:- What is the real present situation of Veracruz cows?, where are them now?
- Why you allow Rama Govinda dasa ( Parvata Maharaja) not only to live in but also to get an administrative position on Guadalajara (Mexico) Temple if is well known by all devotees this action break ISKCON Laws, SP orders, and he is very offensive to the devotees?
- Does you will give same privileges to Ksiti Mohan dasa (previously swami) actually you're giving to Rama Govinda dasa ( Parvata Mahraja)?
- Why do you prefer to maintain Rama Govinda dasa ( Parvata Maharaja) in Guadalajara (Mexico) temple, and don't care about spiritual life of the devotees in this yatra?
- Why you didn't order to finish Mexico City and Guadalajara (Mexico) Temples legal formalities in CABIN?
- Why did you prefer that the devotees have uncertainty about Mexico City and Guadalajara (Mexico) Temple real owners?
- Why you've claimed that the other lines devotees they couldn't distribute their (other lines) books on last Mexico City Ratha-yatra ONLY when ISKCON devotees press you about?
ISKCON LAW (excerpt):
12.5.4. Anyone who was previously initiated in ISKCON who has taken further initiation outside of it must renounce their non-ISKCON initiation in order to work again within ISKCON.(82) Such reformed devotees shall be reassigned a preaching field by the GBC Officers Committee for a one year probation.(82)
12.5.6 That to avoid offences to Srila Prabhupada and to avoid offences to his Godbrothers the GBC reminds all ISKCON devotees of Srila Prabhupada's instruction that we should avoid the association of His Godbrothers. (87)
12.5.9 1. A: In obedience to the instruction of His Divine Grace A. C. Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupada, the GBC directs that the members of ISKCON should respect all senior Gaudiya Vaishnavas outside ISKCON, but should not intimately associate with them, personally or through printed or recorded media, for guidance, teaching, instruction, or initiation as their presentation of Krishna consciousness often differs from that of Srila Prabhupada in emphasis, balance and other aspects of both teaching and practice.
B: This resolution is intended to apply categorically to all ISKCON members. ISKCON leaders' first responsibility is to give considerate direction, guidance, and counseling to any ISKCON devotees personally affected by this resolution so as to bring them back to the path set by Srila Prabhupada.
In any case, those who continue to act in violation of this resolution are subject to sanctions by temple presidents and GBC zonal secretaries, who may exercise their discretion to prohibit any such devotees from living on ISKCON properties or participating in ISKCON functions.
Those who persist in violating this resolution are cautioned they may be reported to the GBC Executive Committee for immediate action or action at the following year's annual GBC meeting. The Executive Committee is hereby given authority for the 1995-96 GBC year to suspend any violator from ISKCON.
